RPM Care Coordinator of the Month: Kathy Cody
Kathy Cody’s high-level of excellence is well known within the RPM team. Her consistent commitment to quality is evident in her meticulous attention to detail, particularly in the accuracy and thoroughness of her documentation. And her diligent, integral role to patient care coordination is immensely impactful, ensuring that each patient receives the timely, organized, and compassionate support they deserve.
Importantly, Kathy’s disciplined work ethic and high quality standards also make her an invaluable collaborator. CCM/PCM/APCM Care Coordinator of the Month: Dr. John Kyaw
Dr. John Kyaw joined MedElite/Infinite back in 2024, shortly after completing medical school and driven by a deep dedication to patient care. He specializes in CCM, PCM, and APCM programs, where he focuses on monitoring care gaps to ensure his patients receive continuous comprehensive support.
As his teammates attest, Dr. Kyaw is also a frequent and reliable collaborator. The team’s go-to expert for Electronic Medical Records is always eager to help his colleagues address complex system issues and clinical inquiries to keep operations running smoothly.
