Congratulations to Our August Care Coordinators of the Month!

A huge congratulations to our latest Care Coordinators of the month: Amy Chayet and Maria Prutting!

In August, the RPM/CCM/PCM/APCM and BHI/CoCM teams voted for the colleague they believe best embodies the qualities MedElite highly esteems. Qualities like collaboration, reliability, and initiative in problem-solving—which these winners are quick to demonstrate.

Please join us in celebrating Amy and Maria! Two people who help propel our care teams to success.

RPM/CCM/PCM/APCM Care Coordinator of the Month: Amy Chayet

Amy Chayet is a complete team player. In addition to the consistent diligence with which she tackles her own tasks, she’s proven to be someone that others can readily depend on. Someone who will go the extra mile for her colleagues without complaint.

“Her reliability, teamwork, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities make her a valued member of the team,” her program director shares. “Amy’s dedication and positive contribution to the department are greatly appreciated and deserving of this recognition.”

BHI/CoCM Care Coordinator of the Month: Maria Prutting

Maria Prutting is great at tending to people, not just completing assignments. The Behavioral Health Manager and proud mom of two daughters is constantly on go, yet always strives to treat everyone with kindness, compassion, and respect while making the choice to be willing—willing to help colleagues, family members, and more in any way she can. And this pursuit of being the best version of herself is a plus for the entire program.

“Maria is a team player and one of the most accurate charters,” her program director reveals. “She is a sweet soul who helps everyone around her. She provides compassionate and diligent care to her patients and believes in the mission.”

That mission? Providing proactive, data-driven care to improve outcomes and empower post-acute partners.
