Meet the Team Behind
Resident-Centered Care

 Empowering Clinical Excellence

The MEDELITE Team recently gathered in Florida to train our growing Clinical Excellence Team and celebrate the positive impact we’re making on the lives of thousands of residents nationwide.

Clinical Excellence Representatives act as the heart and soul of MEDELITE, using their deep clinical expertise to bridge the gap between our team, healthcare providers, and the facilities we serve.

We pride ourselves on attracting passionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on skilled nursing and long-term care. Our Clinical Excellence Team embodies this purpose perfectly.

As primary points of contact for our facility partners, they act as dedicated advocates for both the facilities and residents in their care.

Thank you to everyone who participated and made the event a success – your dedication to improving resident outcomes is truly inspiring!

HHS Finalizes a Rule Expanding Telehealth Access for Opioid Treatment

Providers can now start buprenorphine treatment through audio-only or audio-visual telehealth, while methadone treatment initiation is restricted to audio-visual platforms due to safety concerns.

Telehealth offers convenient healthcare access for seniors, those with limited mobility, and people living in remote areas by bringing essential services directly to them.

We use telehealth during the Care Management on-boarding process to create a smooth, efficient experience while supporting our treat-in-place system.

This infographic outlines the steps involved.

WHO: MEDELITE provides the technology that enables INFINITE MEDICAL PC to deliver healthcare services directly to residents.

SCHEDULING: Once you decide that Care Management is right for your facility and residents, a MEDELITE team member will reach out and schedule a visit.

VISIT: a MEDELITE Facilitator will come to your facility and help with the telehealth setup. No need to worry about technology!

EDUCATION: During the telehealth session, an INFINITE provider will explain the program and benefits to each resident.

CONSENT: If the resident, next of kin, or power of attorney agrees to participate, a brief consent form is signed.

ELIGIBILITY: We review insurance to make sure the resident is covered.

ENROLL: Once consent is obtained and eligibility is confirmed, the resident is enrolled based on their individual needs.  We typically repeat the process each month for new facility admissions.

Professionalism. Patient Care. Passion.
