Jeffrey M. Weinberg, M.D.
Jeffrey M. Weinberg, M.D., is an associate clinical professor of dermatology at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. In addition, he is acting director of the Division of Dermatology at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Weinberg graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and completed an internship in medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City and a residency in Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Weinberg is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Weinberg is on the editorial board and is a senior editor of Cutis. He is also an associate editor of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is a member of the Medical Board of the National Psoriasis Foundation. His clinical research encompasses a variety of dermatology-related topics, including studies of diagnostic methods in the evaluation of onychomycosis. He has been principal or co-investigator for several clinical trials. In addition, he has written or co-authored numerous articles for professional journals such as Cutis, the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and Blood, as well as reviews, book chapters and abstracts.

Michael Yakubov. OD
Michael Yakubov, OD, earned his Bachelor of Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Optometry from State University of Optometry in New York. Dr. Yakubov completed externships in several different modes of practice. It was there that he gained an understanding of ocular disease and treatment. He participated in comprehensive eye examinations; cataract, glaucoma, diabetes, hypertension, macular degeneration evaluations; as well as pediatric and geriatric eye care. Dr. Yakubov also completed an externship at the East New York Diagnostic Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he gained valuable experience in diagnoses of ocular disease pertaining to overall systemic health. He then joined Med Elite Healthcare Group as medical director overseeing and guiding all operations pertaining to optometric care. Today, Dr. Yakubov performs comprehensive eye examinations, with special emphasis on eye health. Dr. Yakubov diagnoses diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, cataracts and other ocular pathology. He also has a special interest in contact lenses. Dr. Yakubov fits a wide variety of lenses at a private practice in Queens. In his spare time, Dr. Yakubov likes to spend quality time with his wife and children, and their extended family. He also enjoys reading, biking and outdoor sports.

Daniel Berman, M.D. is a Board certified Infectious Disease specialist, who has been a consultant in private practice primarily in acute care hospitals and rehabilitation centers for over 30 years. He graduated New York University Medical Center in 1982 and did his residency in Internal Medicine at the New York University Medical Center. Following residency, he did a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the Manhattan Veterans Administration Hospital and New York University Medical Center, and then went into private practice in 1987. He has practiced in the Bronx since 1989, also practicing in White Plains from 1987 through 2000. He is currently on staff at the Montefiore Medical Center where he has become the busiest Infectious Disease consultant. He has written numerous articles in medical journals. He also has been named as one of the top physicians in New York by New York magazine.
Brighid Gannon, DNP
Dr. Gannon is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with special expertise treating dementia related behaviors and geriatric depression. She has extensive experience working with elderly patients and their families in skilled nursing and rehab facilities throughout New York City. Dr. Gannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from NYU, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Yale University. She completed her training in geriatric psychiatry at the Penn Memory Center and the Mercy Life Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly in Philadelphia. In 2018 she was honored to receive the highly competitive Leadership in Nursing Practice Award from Yale University.
